Running like a fool around the table, sweating and swearing as you completely miss your shot — there's no better way to spend a Friday evening than playing group ping-pong. Participation at this monthly "round-the-table" event is fairly straightforward: hit the ball and run to your right; when you make three mistakes you're out and the last two people fight for the ultimate prize, a pint of lager. It's an addictive event with a killer soundtrack and £1 rounds. Just remember, pictures often appear on the Young Offenders' Institute website, so try to keep your cool.
