Foyles' fiction fest is an event for aspiring writers and literary groupies alike, with agents, publishers and booksellers offering tips to budding McEwans trying to get their future masterpieces on the shelves. Author Louis de Bernières talks about his influences for his latest tome, The Partisan's Daughter, while Salman Rushdie signs copies of his newest, The Enchantress of Florence (as well as his old classics). To round it out, AS Byatt and Deborah Moggach discuss literary heroines and screenplay writing, and a lit quiz tests your bibliophilic skills for book-related goodies.
