Joel Armsden and intrepid A&R outfit eAR Music have organized a Camden open mic that doesn't involve Johnny Borrell, offering impromptu performances from their artists (and a few seasoned amateurs, as well). Guitar, banjo, zither and last-minute a cappella duos are all welcome at this niche-y cocktail bar. However, the night is as much an outlet for Londoners' musical spleen as a means for eAR to scout out new artists — so your reckless foray into Dylan's back catalogue may garner you a bit more than faint applause and sympathetic smiles.
