Art: Photography Shoot Portobello

An event no budding snapper should miss, the fabulously quirky Shoot Portobello combines a treasure hunt with a photography competition and tests of local knowledge. Grab a couple of mates, an A to Z and a digital camera, and head west; it's up to you to interpret the clues and photograph the answers. Last year's riddles included "An iconic building, the vision of 'the man with the Midas touch'" and "Alice once kept his pet Coopered up in this unlucky place" — just a taste of what to expect this time around.
