Note: There is an opening symposium and lunch on Sun 30 Mar (11am-2pm, £5) with participating artists, including Nedko Solakov, who unveils the first site-specific installation.
They may navigate us through our lives, but have you ever considered London's streets as the context for artistic interrogation? Over the next 12 months, the Whitechapel helps you do just that, setting up in a disused shop on Wentworth Street and inviting international artists, collectives and curators to explore the limits and possibilities of socially contexualized art in this single, small point in the A-Z.
