Berlin is home and muse to some of Europe's most intriguing visual artists, including Geneva-born Daniel Pflumm. A keen musician and techno fan, Pflumm has focussed on the found digital images for the last 15 years. This exhibition features Pflumm's films, which synthesize advertisements, pirate stations, TV-show outtakes, music videos, news clips and corporate branding. As the moving images fade in and out to insistent, Detroit-style kick-drum rhythms, Pflumm gives new definition to art in the age of mechanical reproduction.
