Exploring the enduring love affair between two creative entities, Skin + Bones: Parallel Practices in Fashion and Architecture hits Somerset House's newest space, the Embankment Galleries. The exhibition, dedicated to all things boundary pushing, begins with the ever-so-heady days of the '80s. It features more than 200 garments, 3D models and archived film footage that demonstrate the connection between the two disciplines. Representing the Blighty side of proceedings are Alexander McQueen, Vivienne Westwood and Hussein Chalayan, while Thomas Heatherwick, Zaha Hadid and David Adjaye are among the architectural team.
