Tales of the Decongested has been championing the diminutive short-story format for four years, hosting regular reading events at Foyles. For April, the organisers celebrate their achievements with an all-day event focusing (as it should) on the brief works of up-and-coming quill-wielders and qwerty-conductors. Everyone is invited to submit a 1,000-word novelinha to read at the flash-fiction part of the festival, following readings from authors like Toby Litt and a variety of workshops.
