Design icon and all-around political rabble-rouser Vivienne Westwood presents her manifesto Active Resistance to Propaganda at the Design Museum. Written as a dialogue between 25 different characters (including Pinocchio, Aristotle and Alice of Alice in Wonderland), the controversial screed has received mixed reactions so far — both at its unveiling at the Hay Festival of Literature and in the Wallace Collection at Hertford House. At the work's core lies a fundamental desire to maintain universal human values through art while challenging existing preconceptions. The unstoppable Dame Westwood now leads an open discussion for those who dare follow.
