More Flavor: Discussion Global Village: Behind the Scenes of a Multinational Corporation

If you've ever wondered about the inner workings of the garment industry — or felt a tinge of regret for all those Primark purchases — this may be the right talk for you. Hosted by London's Jewish Community Centre, Global Village invites speakers on all sides of the story to present and debate. Charity campaigners Labour Behind the Label pit themselves against the CEO of Pentland Brands (which owns Speedo), and both are joined by Impactt, a consulting firm that helps brands improve their labour credentials. Afterwards, you may just swear off those £4 dresses for good.
