Rob da Bank takes the summer-festival idea inside Billingsgate for an early-in-the-season urban experience. Mixing the exuberance of Bestival with the musical clout of Sunday Best, this celebration invites all and sundry for an evening of British music, comedy and performance. Watch the acts from park benches, wander down paths leading nowhere, dress up and knock back drinks at the Alice in Wonderland-inspired garden party. Mark Ronson tops the bill from the bandstand and may even appear in the Time Machine Disco, a small party space where anyone can show up and anything might happen (except rain).
