Club Fandango brings two hotly tipped new bands into the bowers of the Wilmington for a special evening of musical entertainment. Brighton-based indie quintet the Telegraphs start the night, followed by My Sad Captains' jangly Americana, a precocious blend of glossy guitars, wonky keyboards, and samples. What follows remains hush-hush, but for those who can't stand the suspense here's a clue: it's a band that broke out of the Canadian wilderness with big beards, lumberjack shirts, and a bushel full of melancholy tunes.
