To launch their new record label, British artist-management company This is Music corrals some of its brightest stars into the backroom of the Hoxton Square Bar & Kitchen for a special one-night showcase. Barringtone, the twisted art-pop three-piece fronted by former Clor singer Barry Dobbin, headline with their wonky debut single "Snake in the Grass," out 23 June. Ample live support comes from Lord Skywave, the new retro-synth project from the ever-busy Simon Lord — the former Simian vocalist and one half of the Black Ghosts — while fellow electro survivor Little Boots, previously of Dead Disco fame, takes to the decks for some booty-shaking action.
