Music: Experimental Laymar w/ Tenebrous Liar and Cindytalk

London-based TV Records — purveyors of space rock, dark soundtracks and lo-fi abstractions — present this live appearance by Scottish band Cindytalk. The group's performance is split into two parts: an electronic set, followed by improvisations on their trademark noise-tinged, industrial post-punk. Mancunians Laymar also appear, playing gloomy, instrumental post-rock from their just-released album In Strange Lines and Distances. Recent TV signees Tenebrous Liar round things out, streaking walls of noise with lo-fi guitar melodies.
