From '20s flapper to '70s funk, Chelsea's Town Hall houses wardrobes from throughout the eras at Frock Me!, the brainchild of Matthew Adams. Adams spent the last two decades selling rare finds and chic cast-offs at the now-defunct Swiss Cottage Market, as well as Camden's Stables, and his new venture combines vintage fashion and antiques with contemporary attire for a fraction of their retail cost. Drawing dealers from throughout the UK, Frock Me! jumbles period Pucci, Lanvin and Chanel among the assortment, rewarding those who rummage.
