Music: Rock/Pop Summer Series at Somerset House

Adele may have the cheesy tag of being 2008's BRIT-alumni-most-likely-to, but along with this year's other ubiquitous female vocalists Duffy and Estelle, she's got two important weapons in her armoury: a great voice and some belting songs. With a headlining slot at the Summer Series in the courtyard of Somerset House, Adele's jazz-inflected voice may find "Hometown Glory" indeed. Highlights on other nights include Duffy herself (sold out to those without a tout's phone number), Justice's tongue-in-cheek dance grooves and We Are Scientists' fun, moshpit-heaving rawk.
