Reading Toronto Stories

A host of literary and lyrical talents assemble for this celebration of Canadian artistry at Queen Elizabeth Hall. The line-up features IMPAC Dublin award-winner Rawi Hage, a poet originally from Beirut who wrote his debut collection, De Niro's Game, between shifts as a taxi driver in Montreal. Other highlights include novelist and poet Priscila Uppal, short-story writer Vincent Lam and electro-breakbeat collective LAL, who promise a thrilling finale. The event, which is organised by the writing collective Diaspora Dialogues, takes place as part of the London Literature Festival.
