Today, Stetson and spur-clad folk uproot from regular What's Cookin' venue the Sheepwalk and descend in droves on pastures greener at Henry Reynolds Gardens. Dedicated to Americana, the crew behind What's Cookin' offer up a veritable feast for fans, with the musical line-up featuring King Salami and the Cumberland Three, the Ugly Guys, Walking Wounded and Southern Tenant Folk Union — who, between them, respectively run the gamut from frenetic rhythm and blues to country-tinged rock and a wild mixture of ska, reggae, Balkan and bluegrass music. Expect a sudden craving for a cup o' joe and a wedge of apple pie when it's all over.
