Film: Documentary Car Bomb w/ Robert Baer Q&A

Tonight, former CIA agent Robert Baer, probably best known for his onscreen incarnation portrayed by George Clooney in Syriana, presents his new film, Car Bomb, at the ICA. The documentary takes a look at the disquieting history of the automobile, focussing on its transformation from emblem of mass production and progress to bearer of mass destruction. Drawing on interviews with car bombers and footage of attacks, the film offers a sobering take on a deadly 21st-century weapon. Baer is on hand for a Q&A session after the screening.
