Ottowa, Ontario-based craft night Spins & Needles is Blighty bound, hitting Essex Road venue Barrio North for the first time following a successful trip to Germany. The DIY craft/music event is the brainchild of Canadians Melanie Yugo (chief designer) and Jason Pelletier (head vinyl shiner). Tonight's theme of celebrity styles allows participants to create their own neon portraits of famous faces or needle together their own uber-fashionable dolls, all while enjoying drink promotions and jackin' beats.
