For world-cinema lovers, and especially followers of Russian works, Academia Rossica presents the second Russian Film Festival in London. Among an array of contemporary gems are ten prize-winning films produced in the last year, all of them portraying Russia and its cultural heritage from a variety of angles. There are also award-winning documentaries, shorts and animations, a symposium on Film and Politics and panel discussions and master classes. Make sure you grab a copy of ROSSICA 19 journal, which has been especially created for this event and chronicles 100 years of Russian cinema.
