New Cross, one of the more bona fide parts of trendy East-Endia, hosts music/art festival Nail the Cross, featuring live music, art and DJs across six venues. Domino Records darlings Archie Bronson Outfit and Clinic are among the more established talents on the bill, but new acts, such as Bow-based Micachu and the Shapes and MIA favourite Afrikan Boy, also get a spot. Dance into the early hours with DJ sets from Skull Juice and music pioneers Rough Trade Records, or venture on to the Art Quest treasure hunt.
