Led Bib
Friday 5 Sep 2008 (12:30–6pm)
Bishops Square

Tube: Liverpool Street
Hosted in the new Spitalfields amphitheatre and curated by Mark Holub of punk-jazz outfit Led Bib, this one-day festival from the brains behind the 2006 Dalston Summer Stew features a diverse combination of legendary old-timers and wet-eared young pups from across the British scene. Acts performing for the aural pleasure of blue-note fiends and city grindstoners alike include Liam Noble and Paul Clarvis, the Harry Beckett Band and Led Bib themselves. Throw in chaotic elements of rock, improvised drumming soundscapes and reworked classic folk, and you've got a stew that lives up to its name.
