The Voice and Nothing More festival celebrates the voice as a work of art. At UCL's Slade Research Centre, more than 50 visual artists team up with vocalists and composers under the guidance of Claudia Molitor to explore the voice outside language. Big hitters such as Martin Creed, Simon Faithfull and Cornelia Parker line up alongside emerging artists such as Sarah Kate Wilson to create new "score objects" to be performed. In addition to the artistic endeavours, Simon Morris gives a lecture and Mikhail Karikis, Lore Lixe Ombourg and Juice perform live.
