Epicurean duo Sam Bompas and Harry Carr take a break from edible gelatin sculpture to reinvent the sickly-sweet punch of many a school disco past. The idea is simple: literally flood a building with booze then commandeer a few boats and let people row across this monstrous lake of punch. As well as punting across more than a tonne of cocktail — itself the product of a mixology competition — there's a cup of the stuff waiting for you at the end. Unfortunately it is strictly no swimming.
