For her latest installation, 189 Miles, architectural artist and former Liberty dress designer Angela Wright has turned to softer stuff than her usual materials. (Her portfolio includes scale wire and ceramic pieces visible around the capital.) This work, site-specific to All Hallows on the Wall church, comprises 51kg (or 189 miles) of natural wool, which hangs from the roof and overflows on to the floor of the nave, enabling viewers to literally wrap themselves in the art.
