“In Deborah Padfield’s new exhibition, Mask: Mirror: Membrane, she delves into the mysteries and complexities of chronic pain together with pain specialists and patients from UCLH. Using the medium of photography, Padfield helps communicate the feelings of those who have trouble expressing their pain through language, using the subjects' faces in a series of revealing images.”

An artists' forum takes place on Thur 7 July (4:30-6:00pm) followed by a private view/press night (6:30-8:30pm). An interdisciplinary symposium takes place on Thurs 14 July (6:30-7:30pm) followed by a late viewing of the exhibition (7:30-8:30pm).
