“The Roundhouse Reverb Festival is a five-day festival dedicated to the new wave of classical music that is breaking boundaries and escaping the conservative confines of the genre. The 90-piece Age of Englightenment Orchestra, led by Sir Mark Elder, kick off proceedings with a performance of excerpts from Berlioz's Romeo and Juliet; the Aurora Orchestra play Bernstein, Strauss and Michael Gordon's Gotham; Imogen Heap hosts her own night of acapella song; and the event closes with an all-day showcase of British singers (4 Mar).”
