“Real Ale festivals can sometimes mean just a few different pumpclips featuring big brewery leftovers. This festival at the Sebright Arms in Bethnal Green takes the concept to a whole new and most welcome level. First, there will be 20 barrels of London craft beer including Redchurch, London Fields and Hackney Brewery. Second, this will be priced at £2.50 a pint until its gone. Third, there will be records being played of the most alcohol-suitable type: blues music, courtesy of DJ Gaz Mayall. Soaking-up sustenance will be provided by street-food maestros Lucky Chip. Wetherspoons it ain't.”
