Kim Dingle has a knack for turning the innocent into the disturbing. Clownish kids getting their faces stuck in garish cakes may seem the perfect setting for slapstick comedy, but with Dingle's muddy colors and thick brushstrokes, the messy encounters turn to gastronomic nightmares: girls in princess dresses become greedy vultures, gorging themselves on oversized sugary sweets.
