Bay Area artist Alex Kopps' undeniably beautiful work has been endorsed by Target, Home Depot, and Taco Bell — but don't hold that against him. Kopps displays his graceful abstract paintings, mixed-media installations, and assemblages at West Hollywood bastion of post-illustration alt-culture, New Image. In the gallery project room, fellow Cali artist Alexis Amann shows a group of her whimsical, figurative gouache-on-paper works.
