This month's installment of the Downtown Art Walk features the usual cheap-wine minefield, but, along with the latest Trader Joe's special, also serves some of LA's best talent. Of note are Bert Green Fine Art's paintings by horrormeister Clive Barker (themselves more illustrations of isolation and anxiety than gore) and Colori Kitchen's installation of local phenom Gary Leonard's striking images. Leonard's collection, Phoenix, documents the transition of a city in the throes of rebirth.
