Tonight's benefit for LA-based charity NextAid is hosted by SCO Architecture at the progressive company's new Marina del Rey multipurpose warehouse — which fits in nicely with the nonprofit's goals of building eco-friendly schools and homes for Africa's AIDS orphans. But before you build, you have to break down, so the music comes courtesy of Los Angeles Breakbeat Association and RootaBreaka, featuring glitchy, bouncy, fast-track trance from turntable titan Oscure and a host of other hard-grooving architects of sound.
