An antidote to the stagnating humor of the Sunset Strip's stand-up comedy boys' club, Bruce Daniels' Drunk on Stage celebrates the under-appreciated funny folks: ladies, gays, blacks, and any other minority with a funny bone to pick (or pick on). Sidekick to Margaret Cho, Daniels is his own one-man show, and reason enough to sidle up to the showcase — he's equal parts bone-dry, deadpan, and dead-on.
