With their carefree choruses and happy-go-lucky instrumentation, Van Pierszalowski and his four-piece Port O'Brien play a seafaring, down-home brand of indie folk. And, having shared bills with Bright Eyes and Modest Mouse, they're no strangers to the big stage. They're joined by Seattle fog-rock favorites the Cave Singers. Formed by former members of Pretty Girls Make Graves, Cobra High, and Hint Hint, the endearing trio opens the show with beautifully creepy lullabies.
