Ditch the hassle of the mall and head to the fourth annual Alt Holiday Book Bazaar. After asking a few friends for autographed copies of their books to give as presents, organizers Rob Cohen and David Wollock concocted this annual bash. Get chummy with some noteworthy writers as they sign their John Hancock for that book-lover in your life. This year's lineup includes Alex Austin, Gary O'Brien, Melissa Heckscher, Robert Rhine, Ruthie Ellenson, Justin Jurgenson, Jason Leopold, Tom Reynolds, Steven Kurtz, Mike the PoeT, Brian Townsley, Ann Le, and Pam Ward, in addition to cocktails and special musical guests — so you can dance, drink, and actually be merry while you shop.
