Inspired by pioneering author, actor, and storyteller Spaulding Gray, this weekend's performance of Interviewing the Audience affords a new generation of LA theatre-goers the opportunity to witness a subversive and deeply moving experimental performance form. Zach Helm invites volunteers up on stage and proceeds to extract all manner of engaging, personal, shocking, and hilarious true stories from the lives of the brave, unsuspecting souls, bringing together the best of improvisation, interaction, and risk into one unpredictable and unforgettable piece of theatre verité.
