The culture of fear as it relates to mass consumption is ingrained in our social subconscious; and, of course, carnal and material sin has been a longtime fascination for artists from Bosch to Banksy. In his new exhibition, Shag deconstructs the overlapping threads of purgatory and pleasure through the prism of hyper-stylized '50s cocktail culture.
