Looking through Gallery 1988's roster of artists, it's easy to spot the legacy of the giants of alt-culture illustration and progressive comics, and perhaps none more so than that of the very godfather of eccentric ink, Mr. Stan Lee. Tonight the man himself will be in attendance to celebrate the blossoming of his seed among a new generation of artists, including Luke Chueh, Mear-One, and Tim Biskup. Dozens exhibit new work honoring Lee's genius in this massive group exhibition.
