In the early '90s, Money Mark's funky keyboard joints helped lure Beastie Boys' audiences onto dance floors en masse, but it wasn't until he started dropping solo projects on Mo' Wax that the true range of his soulful, glitchy punk-pop came to light. Now, his 2007 Brushfire Records release, Brand New by Tomorrow, has made it onto year-end lists everywhere. Tonight's bill also features the frenzied Afro-jazz surf improvisations of Ray Barbee Meets the Mattson 2 and the dirty, post-lounge bangers of techno duo Jogger.
