Hana wa no ni aruyouni (Flowers as they are in the field) is Japanese artist Ai Yamaguchi's second solo exhibition at Roberts & Tilton. A mix of Japanese animation and classical Edo-style painting, the site-specific installation turns the gallery space into a sweet visual dessert — the space mimics the starches and sweets of a Japanese tea ceremony.
