This two-day symposium explores writing that "in some manner exceeds the printed page," whether it exists on a screen, a wall, or on the tip of someone's tongue. Designed for writers and non-writers alike, this course is a right-brain exercise in composing sentences for tomorrow's reality. Ideas explored include the pictorial versus the narrative, the question of conceptual writing, and words that are performed or invoked. On hand to explain the mind-freeing theories and techniques are writers and artists including Stephanie Taylor, Shanxing Wang, and Heriberto Yepez.
