Music: Rock/Pop Deerhoof w/ Okay and the Happy Hollows

Leave it to heady avant-garde rockers Deerhoof to leak sheet music to build hype for an upcoming album. Rather than go with the now-common call for remixes, the San Francisco quartet have given fans a chance to make their own versions of "Fresh Born" based on a score released via their website. Tracks that the band has leaked more conventionally sound as tight as ever, churning out gorgeous, intricate arrangements full of mathy guitar melodies, Greg Saunier's stripped-down drums, and Satomi Matsuzaki's barely comprehensible lyrics.
