Another second Thursday, another Downtown Art Walk, and another deluge of temporarily pedestrian art lovers let loose on the gallery-lined streets of the Arts District. A great launching pad for tonight's excursion is the LA Center for Digital Art, an early evangelizer on the artistic value of new media. The Center's current show features a wild new series of manipulated realities from Devo leader Mark Mothersbaugh.
