Part Time Punks Festival feat. A Certain Ratio and Pylon

Tonight, Part Time Punks — a weekly parade of punk, post-punk, new wave, and indie-pop bands — holds the first annual Part Time Punks Festival, featuring the UK's A Certain Ratio in their first US show since 1985. The band is joined by new-wave wonders Pylon, a group noted by R.E.M.'s Michael Stipe as one of the biggest influences in his native Athens, Georgia. Femme-fronted indie-pop gurus Love Is All are also part of the afternoon/evening's soiree, along with at least 15 other acts, including DJ David J of Bauhaus and Love and Rockets.
