TV on the Radio have returned from Cookie Mountain, and they brought back one of the best albums of the year. With Dear Science, the Brooklynites combine their signature fuzzy synths and Afrobeat horns with a few delightful splashes of Bowie funk. Songs such as "Golden Age" and "Red Dress" get booties shaking, while slower tunes like the heartbreaking "Family Tree" are bound to make listeners shed a tear or two. Tonight, the band continues unleashing its new album onstage alongside garage rockers the Dirtbombs.
