It's hard to believe the third Winter Reunion music festival's outrageous shenanigans won't attract unwarranted attention from the authorities, but, somehow, someone gave them a permit, so it looks like they're good to go. The gathering's 14-plus hours of uptempo dance whip up a veritable feeding frenzy, featuring hip-hop, electronica, funk, house, and god-knows-what else. Full bars and dynamic art installations are also on hand, and with a VIP package, charitable donations, and positive solstice vibes in the offing, it's well worth braving the fray.
