Year Long Disaster are an exceptionally loud rock band — a trio of young men who elicit catchy melodies from their amps, pumped to the proverbial 11. About to take their wild-eyed, flying-fingered guitar theatrics on a European tour in support of their self-titled 2007 release, YLD make a last hometown stand tonight at the Roxy. They're joined by Bullets and Octane, a quartet who give them a run for their decibels with a sunny onslaught of power chords and stylish hooks.
