Art TRASHed: Think Big

Global Inheritance and fashionPEACE connect socially minded youth with an international activist community. One of their finest endeavors is TRASHed, a campaign that finds artistic ways to address waste management. Hive Gallery hosts the newest TRASHed effort, Think Big, a show of 40 artists' custom-painted recycling bins. Artists Miss Mindy, CJ Metzger, Melanie Waldman, and others show everything from traditional oil and acrylic abstractions to portraiture, graffiti, and decoupage. One man's trash, evidently, is another man's party.
