Art Make Art/Stop AIDS

Before red ribbons became de rigeur accessories at televised awards ceremonies, artists from around the globe inspired and provoked the radical awareness that the AIDS crisis demands. Documenting the first 25 years of the disease's diagnosis, Make Art/Stop AIDS debuts at the Fowler Museum before traveling worldwide. Throughout the show's run here, the Fowler hosts a series of discussions and performances with experts and artists.
